Gouri RO Aquaguard Service is an independent multi-brand water purifier repair and service provider in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. We are not officially authorized, affiliated with, or endorsed by Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard), Kent RO Systems, Pureit, Livpure, AO Smith, Havells, or any other trademark owner. All brand names, model names, and registered trademarks mentioned on this website are used strictly for identification and descriptive purposes under nominal fair use.
We provide a 90-day service warranty on newly replaced spare parts (including RO Membrane, Booster Pump, SMPS adapter, and Solenoid Valve). Consumables such as pre-filter candles, sediment filters, and carbon filters are covered under initial installation testing. Warranty claims are valid only when the official physical invoice or digital receipt is presented.
Our 30-minute rapid response commitment applies during operational hours (07:00 AM to 09:00 PM, Monday through Sunday) across all covered branch zones in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, subject to traffic, weather conditions, and technician availability.
Standard inspection / visiting fee is ₹199, which includes a comprehensive system diagnostic and digital TDS test. If you approve the repair or spare replacement, the inspection charge is adjusted against your final billing. All spare parts are billed as per our transparent rate card.
